Shipping policy

We ship to the customer's country of residence and to other countries supported by our e-commerce service, as long as a valid delivery address is provided in the selected territory.

Shipping is free for orders over €55.00.

Deliveries are made via tracked and insured shipping. We strive to deliver orders within an average of 5 business days, which varies depending on the destination country and the selected delivery method.

You can also pick up your order free of charge at our store located at Corso Italia 89, Pisa, or arrange a customized delivery in advance, where available.

Orders for in-store pickup that are not collected within 6 months of the purchase date will be considered cancelled, and the related products will be returned to V Lab Vintage.
