Refund policy

V Lab Vintage offers its customers the option of returning both online and in-store purchases.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased. Otherwise, a refund or store credit will not be available.
The return request must be made no later than 15 days after receiving the product.
Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of damage discovered upon delivery.
Online returns must be made via tracked shipping.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the customer may:
- exchange the item with other available products;
- receive a store credit that can be used online and/or in-store;
- request a refund where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the returned product is damaged, altered, or in a different condition than the original.

The right of withdrawal is governed by Article 52 of the Consumer Code.
